You can download the .zip file from the download page in your account by clicking on the green download button then choose “Installable WordPress theme only”. 

Package

Licencing: This folder contains the terms and conditions of the license under which Nexgen WordPress Theme is distributed and some information on licensing of various parts of the theme in a separate file.

Plugins: In this folder are the required Nexgen plugins. Installation is optional, but we recommend that you install for you to make the most of all available resources.

Theme: The theme files are not contained in an exclusive folder to make installation in WordPress more flexible. Nexgen.zip is the main theme and Nexgen-Child.zip is the child theme, which is only suitable for advanced users.
